eventricity Ltd announces the release of their new Process Management tool – Tango.

Raiffeisen Bank Project

In serving customers’ needs, timing and reactivity were seen as key issues and for this reason Raiffeisen Bank decided to implement Event Driven Marketing (EDM) in its customer contact approach. They selected eventricity as a company experienced in delivering EDM solutions into banking. Using eventricity’s Timeframe and Coffee, the Bank was able to implement their initial EDM solution in 3 months.

“In today’s world, marketing to customers is not a simple matter of sending an offer. Customers expect a bank to provide a consistent, branded journey based on their needs and responses over time,” said Peter Kőllner.

These journeys are a step by step process (like a Tango). This delicate dance with your customer requires consistency and automation for efficient onboarding, account opening, lead management, complaints and yes, even sales.

Process Managers

Process Managers are sometimes called (Customer) Journey Orchestration Engines (JOEs). They have become a key technology in marketing stacks and replace the traditional approach of Campaigns and Lists.

Tango is a JOE application designed for implementing communication processes based on Event leads. It is an application containing all of the logic for the implementation of best in class business processes.

In its simplest form, Tango can be used to define and implement processes which are a series of steps and interactions with Customers across multiple channels over time. The sequence of steps, communications and timing is driven by the Customer and their responses.

Processes form the basis for ‘Customer Journeys’ and are consistent for every Customer providing best practise interactions for each Customer every time.

Tango is designed to run in an automated fashion, and on a day to day basis require no user intervention. It can be set up to run processes in real-time or in batch based on the Bank’s infrastructure.

Tango is database and CRM tool agnostic. “Implementation of an Business Process Manager has always been an effort requiring large amounts of cost and time to complete. With Tango, eventricity is able to deliver a working solution within a few weeks at a fraction of this price. This approach dramatically reduces the risk and payback time for the Bank,” said Mark Holtom, director of eventricity.
